• Orders are final once confirmed and paid.
• Cancellations or modifications are not accepted once preparation has started.
• Refunds and returns are not offered on chocolate, edible items, or customized orders.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit.

Custom, personalized, and event orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
